Rediscover Your Voice and Embrace Authentic Living

Ready to take charge of your life again?

I offer a culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy. My goal is for us to work collaboratively so you may discover and articulate your unique voice, rediscover your inner resilience, and move toward a more authentic and empowered version of yourself. I emphasize self-compassion, curiosity, and living in alignment with your values.

I offer a holistic approach which encourages you to become curious about your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. As a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, I blend somatic and mindfulness practices with cognitive-based techniques. When appropriate, I incorporate therapeutic yoga, guided meditation, and yoga nidra into our sessions to support holistic well-being.

I specialize in working with driven individuals who are ready for meaningful change. I believe that healing is not only possible — it’s already within you.

How I Work

Therapy is a collaborative process—and it’s uniquely yours.

My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll discover an approach that feels grounding and empowering for you.

I take a holistic view of healing, encouraging awareness of your mind, body, and emotional patterns. You’ll be invited to gently notice your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations—because I believe they're all connected.

Alongside traditional talk therapy, I offer:

  • Brainspotting to support deep nervous system healing

  • Trauma-conscious yoga to reconnect with your body through a safe and invitational approach

  • Walk and talk therapy in nature for grounding and clarity

You're not expected to have all the answers—I’ll walk beside you as we discover them together.

What you can expect

Active and Resource-Rich

Therapy with me is dynamic and practical. I’ll offer tools, strategies, and reflections—but you decide what to explore and when.

Time-Limited, Not Lifelong

Therapy isn't meant to last forever. We'll work together with intention, focusing on progress, healing, and preparing you to thrive beyond our sessions.

Customized to You

Your experience is unique, and so is your therapy. We’ll continuously adapt—keeping what works and letting go of what doesn’t.

Confidential and Secure

Your privacy matters. I don’t use AI to record sessions, and I take great care to ensure your personal information stays safe and confidential.

Who I Help

Medical or Chronic Illness Trauma

Navigating illness or medical treatment can leave lasting emotional scars. I help you process fear, grief, and loss of control so you can reclaim a sense of safety and trust in your body and life.

Relationship Patterns and Boundaries

Whether you're feeling stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, over-functioning, or conflict, we’ll explore how to create healthier dynamics and build stronger, more authentic connections—starting with your relationship to yourself.

Life Transitions and Emotional Overwhelm

Big changes—wanted or unwanted—can shake your foundation. I offer support through transitions like career shifts, moves, parenthood, or grief, helping you find clarity, resilience, and self-compassion along the way.
