Sycamore Psychotherapy Groups
Virtual groups provide a unique way to connect and support each other in a safe space from the comfort of your home.
It can be intimidating to attend a new group or a group for the first time. That’s why creating a safe and accepting space is one of my first priorities when offering groups. Creating connection between group members and the therapist is something that I value.
Groups can encourage authenticity and healing quicker than attending weekly therapy. Another benefit of groups, is that they provide a unique way to compliment your individual therapy. I often hear my clients share how they are seeking a sense of community and a space to process certain challenges. Groups instill this sense of community, connection, and accountability.
